Canada Goldenrod is plentiful in Big Hill Park’s prairie. Come discover the important roll this plant plays. We will walk the prairie to see all the ways Goldenrod interacts with it’s habitat, including the Goldenrod Gall Fly and the birds that eat them. We will also open a few galls to see the eggs and larvae inside.
